Our 2019 Open House event was on Monday, February 11

Q: When are the enrollment dates for the 2019-2020 school year?

A: Priority enrollment period for current Explorer Families: January 20 - January 29

Enrollment for Explorer Alumni families and members of Lincoln Glen and West Hill Community Church: January 30 - February 8

Registration for new families: February 11 starting at our Open House

Q: How much does it cost to apply/register?

A: There is a $50 non-refundable application fee per family. The application fee is waived for families who are still on the waitlist from the 2018-19 school year and are not yet enrolled.

Q: I wasn’t able to make it to the Open House but would like a tour. What do I do next?

A: We would love to show you around! Please contact us to schedule a tour.

Q: Do you still have spots available for 2019-2020?

Some classes are full with waitlists while others still have some availability. The best way to get up to date information about classes is to speak with our Membership Chair. Please contact us here with questions about classes.

Q: I’m interested! How do I apply?

A: An online application is available here. New family applications were accepted first in person at our annual Open House event on 2/11. Classes with Fall 2019 openings were filled through a lottery of all applications submitted that day. We are still accepting applications and all applications submitted after the open house are either enrolled in the class or added to the waitlist in the order they are received.
